The restaurant “Il Corso Stretto” is located in the hearth of L’Aquila. The kitchen is managed by the chef Antonio, who likes to experiment with traditional recipes and local products.
Every dish is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients combined by the creativity of the chef. Beside the regular menu, you will always find dishes of day.
Among the main dishes we find whipped codfish, fettucine with saffron and ossobuco, pork filet with lard and soft potatoes and truffle and, as a dessert, a chocolate mouse with saffron sauce and crunchy almonds. The wine cellar offers an excellent selection of local wines.
