The inn “La Grotta di Aligi” is the ideal restaurant for those who wish to taste some delicious food from Abruzzo. The restaurant’s staff, guided by the chef Mario Caponio, offer the traditional cuisine of the territory – a menu slowly created during the years through a strong culinary tradition.  

The ambience of the restaurant is intimate, and the staff aims to pamper the clientele, trying to satisfy every single need. Here you can feel the atmosphere of the old inns where once people used to gather to eat a plate of pasta under the feeble light of a candle.

We recommend you trying the cold cuts selections, as well as the codfish and the maltagliati del procuratore (“the prosecutor’s maltagliati”). The menu is paired with a vast wine list and a wonderful selection of desserts. Everything is, of course, homemade.
